No. Just let us know in the special instruction field when placing your order where our driver can find your laundry and where to drop off your laundry in as much detail as possible. Please make sure the location is accessible to the driver.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can list the tasks you'd like us to perform with every laundry service. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't. You can cancel at any time.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
